How long is the shelf life of your Warabi-mochi?

Consume within 24 hours.

Do your products contain pork or lard?

No.

Do your products contain preservatives?

No.

Do I need to refrigerate the Warabi-mochi?

No need. But if you do like to have a more jelly-like texture, you may do so.

Do you offer international shipping?

No.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible via call.

Do you offer bulk orders for events or corporate gifts?

Yes. 2 days order in advance will be required.

How can I contact your customer service?

How do I know when I will receive the order?

A tracking number will be shared on the day of shipment. After pickup, it will arrive within 3-4 hours.
